After completing a BA in Sound Arts and Design (LCC, University of the Arts London), and an MA in Electroacoustic Composition (City University, London), Adam has maintained an active practice within the sound arts as a composer and performer, sound recordist, sound designer, engineer and technician.

With Adam's experience of location sound-capture and sound-craft techniques, combined with a deep familiarity in-and-of a wide range of electroacoustic and sound-arts performance practices, he is able to offer a valuable service for such projects that require exceptional sound.

Adam has long collaborated with film makers, artists and musicians, entrusted to conceive and create sound-strategies that work closely with the aesthetic and practical framework of each project. Recent examples include Andreas Bunte's 'Laboratory Life' (Skulptur Projekte Münster, 2017), Sound design for Katie Peterson's long-term artwork 'Future Library', and 'Hollow' and their respective websites, Leonore Serrano Rivas' 'The Dream Follows the Mouth (of the one who interprets it)', Lene Vollhardt's 'A world of consequences deferred too long', and 'Tracking the Subject', created by Aïlien Reyns and TRIPOT.

In addition, Adam regularly provides location and post-production sound services for numerous commercial projects, on behalf of production companies specialising in advertising, documentary story-telling, online content, and corporate communications.
